How much does it cost to rent your photo booth?

Accepted Answer

Our photo booth prices start at $849 for our Icon booth. The final price will depend on the length of your rental, travel fees (if beyond service area) and taxes.

Question 2

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your rental. The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before your event. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Question 3

What time is setup?

We arrive 2 hours before your scheduled rental time to ensure everything is fully set up and ready to go. Setup time does NOT cut into your photo booth rental hours. If earlier set up is needed, we charge idle hours at a rate of $40/hour.

Question 4

Requests to stay longer?

Accepted Answer

We understand that things come up and you may need more time to complete your event. However, we ask that all requests for additional time be made at least 72 hours in advance. We will be unable to accept extensions the day of the event. If you need more time, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements.

Question 5

What kind of accessibility is needed at the event venue?

The photo booth requires a level, solid, and accessible space at least 8 feet tall (for backdrop), and 7 feet wide by 9 feet long. The space must be easily accessible, as the equipment is heavy and cannot be carried up stairs. The photo booth may be placed outdoors, but it must be protected from the weather. If weather is expected, the booth must have a second location indoors available.

Do I need to provide Wifi for the booth?

Wifi is always best, but it is not necessary in order to book. Wifi allows your guests to download and share their digital images immediately. If Wifi is not available, your guests will receive their digital images the moment we connect to a secure connection, or as soon as we return to our home office. Our Photo booths and printers do not require Wifi to operate.

Question 7

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our cancellation policy as flexible as possible. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. While cancellations are non-refundable, your payment can be applied as a credit toward a future booking within one calendar year of your original event date, subject to availability.
